Total Performance is our day camp program for athletes playing sports at the middle and high school level. This program builds upon the basics of Acceleration, Sprinting, Agility, and Strength by introducing higher levels drills and exercises that enforce proper mechanics at a high intensity. Athletes in this program perfect the skills of high-level performance, and weight training movements that are commonly found in college athletic facilities.
This program is excellent for those with several years of athletic experience and wishing to perform at high levels in middle school and high school.
