Program Director

 

Coach Nate is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a graduate of Appalachian State University with a BS in Exercise Science.  Over the years he has competed in 8 different sports both on the field, court, and currently on the platform in strength sports. Coach Nate has coached youth athletes in wrestling, weightlifting, and sport performance for 6 years. He currently serves as the Program Director, and coaches our Jump Start Classes.

THE COACHES
Chase Harris, CSCS, USAW-L1

Coach Chase is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University. While at Lenoir-Rhyne, Chase played football for the bears, lettering three years while playing at center and fullback. Chase is a former Parisi athlete himself, and brings a level of knowledge and experience to the training environment.

Performance Coach
Caleb McSurdy, CPT

Coach Caleb is a Certified Personal Trainer and a graduate of the University of Montana, where he was an All American Linebacker for the Football team. Caleb went on to be drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the 2012 NFL Draft. Caleb has a background in multiple sports including Football, Wrestling, and Track and Field. Caleb currently serves as a Performance Coach for our Total Performance Programs, as well as conducts 1-on-1 Football specific speed and agility training.

Ryan McCoy, USAW-L1

Coach Ryan is a certified USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Coach and graduate of Mars Hill University. While in college Ryan played both Soccer and Basketball for the University. Ryan joined the Parisi Speed School Staff in 2013, bringing to the table vast experience as an athlete and a wealth of knowledge on sprinting mechanics and strength training. He currently serves as head coach for Team and Small Group Training.
